  5. If there is no message, then check your PC/Laptop hardware acceleration settings. To do this, open your Google Chrome browser and type chrome://settings in the address bar.
  6. Scroll down to Advanced settings. Now click on ‘Content settings’.
  7. At the bottom, you will see ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’. Make sure it is switched off and click on ‘Done’. Now try to play any video and see if the message appeared in the console.
