When creating a link to another page on your site, it is important that the user can easily navigate where they want. You have some options when you want to link to a specific part of the page. You can use the page number or you can create a link to jump to an anchor.
Anchors are unique identifiers within your document, that are created with the HTML tag. To create an anchor, you have to use what is known as a hash (#). After this symbol you start writing the name of your anchor. You put this after your link, so people can click on it to jump to that section in their document.
